Refund & Revision Policy

1. You approve everything before it prints

Nothing goes to print without your sign-off. After you submit your story, we send a digital proof of your board and a sample of your cards. Your order only moves to production after you review and approve it.

2. Revisions

• Before approval you can edit your card text and correct names and spelling freely on your review page.
• Standard includes text corrections (names, spellings, card wording). Artwork changes aren't included — what you describe is what our artists illustrate.
• Deluxe includes a hands-on artwork review — you may request illustration changes before approving your proof.
• After approval the game goes straight to print and can no longer be changed.

3. Cancellations

• Within 24 hours of ordering, or any time before you submit your story form — full refund, no questions asked.
• After we begin your artwork but before you approve the proof — 50% refund (the balance covers work already done).
• After you approve the proof — the order is in production and can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
• Rush fees are non-refundable once production has started.

4. Digital DIY edition

Because digital files can't be returned, Digital DIY orders are refundable only before the files are delivered. Once your download is available the sale is final — but if there's a problem with a file we introduced, we'll fix and re-deliver it free.

5. Damaged, defective, or lost orders

• If your game arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, email a photo within 14 days and we'll reprint and reship the affected pieces — or the whole game — free.
• If tracking shows your package lost in transit, we'll reprint and reship it free.

6. How to reach us
