Custom-made goods

Each order is personalized from content you provide and produced to order. By ordering you agree it is a custom good, subject to our Refund & Revision Policy.

Your content & rights

• You confirm you hold the rights to the photos, names, and memories you submit and that anyone recognizable has consented. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to produce your game.
• Sharing is yours to choose: we never publish your board, cards, or memories in our own marketing unless you share them publicly first. If you do publicly post content featuring our products (for example the share video we include with your order, or a photo tagging StoryBeacon), you grant us permission to re-share that public post in our marketing, with credit. Email support@storybeacon.co any time to have a re-share taken down.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, or hateful content. We may decline or halt any order that violates these terms.
