Every StoryBeacon game is printed on demand and drop-shipped from The Game Crafter, our manufacturing partner in Madison, Wisconsin, USA. They ship worldwide via USPS and UPS. Digital editions have no shipping — they're delivered as an instant download.
Turnaround, start to finish
- Creative + your approval — we build your board and deck and you approve the proof (a few days; Rush add-on jumps our queue).
- Production at The Game Crafter — printing, cutting, and assembly, typically 3–7 business days.
- In transit — USPS/UPS delivery time by region (below). You get a tracking email the moment it ships.

2–5 business days in transitFree standard shipping included on every printed order (USPS Ground Advantage / UPS Ground). Expedited available as an add-on at checkout.
Canada

Do you really ship free in the US?
Yes — standard US shipping is included in the price of every printed edition. No surprise fees at checkout.
Will I get tracking?
Always. The moment your game leaves The Game Crafter, we email you a tracking number and link. You can also see it on your order page.
Who covers customs / import duties?
For international orders, any duties or import taxes charged by your country are the recipient's responsibility and aren't included in our prices.
